Frequently Asked Questions

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on "Forgot Password?" link
  3. Enter your username or email address
  4. Check your email for reset instructions
  5. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

To manage your products:

  • Add Product: Go to Add Product from the sidebar
  • Edit Product: From the Products page, click the edit button next to any product
  • Upload Images: Use the bulk upload feature when editing a product
  • Reorder Images: Drag and drop images in the product edit form

Order management:

  • View all orders on the Orders page
  • Click on any order to see details and update status
  • Track order fulfillment and shipping information
  • View customer information and order history

To receive payments:

  1. Complete your vendor profile
  2. Set up Stripe Connect for payment processing
  3. Configure your bank account for payouts
  4. Set your payout preferences
